The mission of the Black Agenda Group is to proactively achieve social justice and basic human rights for African Americans in Delaware. 

Goals

1. To assure equity and fairness as guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution for African Americans in Delaware. 

2. To achieve input and direction from all segments of the Black community. 

3. To encourage partnerships in the Black community that reflect diversity. 

4. To expand Black voices and visibility.
